30 Day Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, please follow the process below.

Damaged or Faulty items

Please open and inspect your items as soon as they arrive. If your order is damaged or faulty upon delivery, contact us immediately at info@curiouscultivar.com.au.
Include photos of the damaged product and your proof of purchase so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Change of Mind or Product Concerns

If you're unhappy with a product for any reason, please email us with the following:

  • A brief explanation of why the product didn’t meet your expectations

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt)

All return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We aim to be fair and understanding, and your feedback helps us improve.

Refunds (If Approved)

Once your return request is approved, we will process your refund within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
