Good tidings and welcome to Curious Cultivar, your destination for handcrafted soaps, lotions and potions made from plants and other earthly things.
The decision to embark on a plastic-free cosmetic journey started years ago upon opening the bathroom cupboard and feeling sadness and shame at the gargantuan amount of plastic surrounding our precious cosmetics. This coupled with a curiosity of plants and their properties, we decided to pare back the polymer and create our own soap and skin care. Our products are gentle, simple, ethical and zero waste.

We don’t just make soap — we bottle nature and let it lather. Each bar is a handcrafted tribute to plants doing what they do best: keeping things clean, fresh, and wildly alive. No fluff, no fakery, just the raw, refreshing power of botanicals doing their thing.
We’re big on sustainability and ethical practices, because we’d rather leave footprints on muddy trails than carbon ones. Good for your skin, easy on the planet, and never boring.

All our products come to you packaged sustainably and thoughtfully with no plastic in sight. Our soaps are palm oil free and ingredients are sourced ethically.
Care
To ensure your soap lives its longest and happiest life, let it dry out completely between each. A soap draining dish works best.
Planty plants
All our soaps and lotions are 100% vegan and natural with no synthetics added. We do use synthetics in our Shampoo Bars but they are plant-derived.
